Justin Cowart is an established local musician and educator, enjoying his 27th year as a cellist and 20th year as a teacher and mentor.  In the past Justin has enjoyed traveling and performing chamber music abroad at music festivals in both Vermont and Pennsylvania.  Justin has made musical appearances at many notable performance venues and spiritual centers throughout the KC metro, such as Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception and Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts.  Major appearances of note include a master class with Yo-Yo Ma, a full concert tour throughout China, and performing live in concert with The Eagles.  Over the years Justin has been blessed with many influential educators— private teachers include Michael Ervin, Sharry Willoughby, and Carter Enyeart.
